Welsh track and road cyclist Josh Tarling rides for UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers, and became double British champion when he won the points and team pursuit events at the 2022 British National Track Championships.

The 20 year old time trial specialist is also two time World Junior champion in the time trial and having skipped the under 23 age group, won bronze at the UCI Road World Championships Men's time trial in Scotland in August 2023.
