Amy Mae Baxter, editor-in-chief of Bad Form, an award-winning books magazine by and about writers of colour, founded the publication in 2019 to address the imbalance in representation in the publishing industry, and it's since won a Bookseller and a National Diversity Award.
The London based writer has also been published in British Vogue and gal-dem magazine, and regularly chairs panel discussions with women and writers of colour, including Jendella Benson and Anna Metcalfe.
