Victoria Adukwei Bulley, a British/Ghanaian poet, has been gaining recognition since the 2022 publication of Quiet, her debut poetry collection.

Having been shortlisted for both the T. S. Elliot Prize and the John Pollard International Poetry Prize, Adukwei Bulley won the Rathbones Folio Poetry Prize in March 2023. Booker Prize winning author Bernardine Evaristo said of Quiet, 'This is her debut collection, but she arrives fully formed.'
