Sierra Ndagire, the founder and CEO of Crolage, quit her Chemistry job after launching the slow fashion brand in December 2021, selling hand-made crochet apparel.

Since then she's dressed personalities including Hailee Steinfeld, Summer Walker and Indiyah Polack. Ndagire was also contacted to design a piece for Love Island presenter Maya Jama, who wore a Crolage red two-piece on the ITV2 show in January 2023.
