Martyn Odell, aka Lagom Chef, is a British chef and social media personality dedicated to zero-waste cooking.

He shot to fame on TikTok, posting videos about making meals that use up the ingredients in his house, and was recently asked by Sony Pictures to create his own version of Bruce’s chocolate cake, to promote the launch of Matthew Warchus' Matilda the Musical. Odell's debut cookbook, Crunch Time, in collaboration with Oddbox, is available from December 2022.
