Lucy Paez, 14, is about to take the silver screen by storm after being cast in Netflix thriller The Mother.

Starring opposite Jennifer Lopez, Joseph Fiennes and Gael García Bernal in the high-octane thriller following a former assassin, the Mexican actress joins the cast as Lopez's daughter. Paez is a relative newcomer to cinema, this being her first American production, and has made appearances in Mexican films including Silenco and The Exorcism of Carmen Farias.
