Tyroe Muhafidin, an Australian actor, appears opposite Morfydd Clark and Sir Lenny Henry in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, a prequel to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, released on Amazon Prime in September.

Muhafidin plays the character of Theo, described by the young actor as a 'rebellious teen', drawn to Sauron's sword. The 16 year old made his professional debut with the short film Dusk in 2018, and has since starred in the TV series Caravan (2019) and the short film Two Sands (2021).
