Isabella Evans, an up and coming British model and social media personality, has gained more than 485K followers on TikTok posting sign language videos, after teaching herself to communicate with her two brothers who have Down's syndrome and cerebral palsy.

The 16 year old has appeared on BBC Breakfast, This Morning, ITV News, and CBeebies, and received support from celebrities including David Tennant, Faye Tozer, Alex George and Louis Tomlinson, who have collaborated with her on social media content. This year, Evans visited NATO in Brussels with other young creators for its Protect The Future campaign.
