Creative Artists Agency, aka CAA, has acquired ICM Partners in a landmark deal, described as a 'huge shakeup' in the Hollywood agency space and the largest transaction of its kind in over a decade.

The deal, set to close later this year, will see two of the 'big seven' US talent agencies form a new powerhouse, boasting an A-list roster of talent across both companies, including Olivia Colman, Daniel Craig, Spike Lee, Sofia Coppola and Taika Waititi.
