Antonia Gentry, born in Atlanta, has landed one of the title roles in the upcoming Netflix dramedy series Ginny & Georgia, featured in Teen Vogue as a new show to 'clear some more room on your Netflix queue' for, launching February 24.

Gentry plays teenager Ginny in the anticipated mother-daughter coming-of-age series, hailed by several publications as 'a cross between Gilmore Girls and Sweet Magnolias', and devised by an entirely female creative team who wanted to make 'a fun, feel-good ride about women, by women, for everyone'. While this is her biggest role to date, Gentry's also appeared in an episode of Raising Dion, and had minor roles in films Candy Jar and Driver's Ed: Tales from the Street.
