British actor David Harewood has been unveiled as an ambassador for UNICEF UK, after supporting the charity for several years.

In his new role, the Supergirl star will 'continue to amplify the mission to protect children all over the world and give them a hope for a happy future', particularly during the Covid-19 crisis, as UNICEF are working to supply two billion vaccines to lower income countries across the globe.
