Colm Dillane, founder of streetwear brand KidSuper, started his fashion career as a teenager selling t-shirts to his classmates under the name of Brick Oven T-Shirts (BOTS).
Named after his ‘dream rapper name’ and inspired by the ‘wonderment of being a kid’, Dillane's KidSuper returns to Paris Fashion Week (Men’s) later this month, after officially debuting last season with a stop-motion virtual catwalk show featuring a plasticine audience of ‘celebrities’ including Elon Musk and Kanye West. Since then, the Brooklyn-based designer's work has been seen on musicians including DaBaby and Kehlani, while a recent collaboration with Puma saw a redesign of the brand’s Puma King football boot launched by Arsenal Football Club's Héctor Bellerín late last year.
