Harriet Bibby, a British actress, trained at ALRA North before landing her first professional TV acting credit in Doctors earlier this year.

A former De Aston School student, Bibby has now joined the cast of Coronation Street as series regular, Summer Spellman, taking over the role from Matilda Freeman after she left the soap to pursue other opportunities. The Lincolnshire born actress, who's also appeared in Sky One's Brassic, is 'looking forward to bringing Summer’s sass and sparkle to the screen' this month, and said 'I am so thrilled to be joining the cast of Coronation Street. My family have watched the show for years and I already feel part of the family'.
