Poppy Jay, the London based journalist and podcaster, was recently honoured at the British Podcast Awards, winning for Brown Girls Do It Too.

Jay is known for her frank chat about sex and relationships, with her taboo busting podcast, which she hosts with Rubina Pabini, gaining praise from The i, Guardian and The Times. The 35 year old has also presented her own shows on the BBC Asian Network, Vice news and Channel 4.
