Dannii Minogue, Sia, Jason Donovan and Bette Midler are among supporters of the Human Society International's new campaign for animal rescue on Kangaroo Island, deploying rescuers to save animals and make sure they receive urgent medical attention.

The mission has attracted celebrity support from across the world, with Australian singer Dannii Minogue tweeting '@HSIGlobal is doing incredible work with injured wildlife on #KangarooIsland. So many koalas, kangaroos and other animals who need help and care', and Chandelier singer Sia asking fans to 'Please donate if you can. Every penny helps!'.
