Duke Nicholson, the grandson of Jack Nicholson, has Hollywood royalty in his veins, however, rather than trade on his name, the young actor’s built a quiet breakout of his own.
After starring in music videos for British band, Slowdive, last year Nicholson appeared alongside Lana Del Rey on the cover of her Grammy-nominated album, Norman F**king Rockwell, and received his first significant feature film credit for Jordan Peele's horror, Us, in the role of Danny, a carnival worker whose unsettling appearance sets the film’s tone of unease. This year, Nicholson’s due to continue his ascent, starring opposite Armie Hammer, Luke Evans and Gary Oldman in Nicholas Jarecki’s Dreamland, an opioid fuelled drama set for a 2020 release.
