Ed Sheeran has established a new charitable organisation, the Ed Sheeran Suffolk Music Foundation, to support young people under the age of 18 in Suffolk with 'small but useful grants to help with studying or playing music'.

The Shape of You hitmaker posted a video to Instagram announcing the news, explaining his motivation to set up the charity, saying 'I feel like I've had a lot of support from the area and I want to give some support back'.
