Garance Marillier, 21, first decided to pursue a career in acting while playing the trombone at the Conservatoire of the 11th arrondissement, before enrolling herself at the Dyonis theatre company in Paris.
Soon after, she starred in several short films including Junior and Hotaru, before making her feature film debut in Julia Ducournau’s 2016 drama Raw, her second collaboration with the director. The French native landed her first major TV role last year in sci-fi series Ad Vitam and will star in Sylvie Verheyde’s Madame Claude biopic, scheduled for release next year.
