BBC Radio 1 host Devin Griffin has been announced as Age UK's latest ambassador, after spending the past year working closely with the charity on a podcast series, giving a unique insight into the lives of older people, available later this year.

The Strictly Come Dancing contestant said 'I am honoured to be an Age UK ambassador... This series is based around conversations I wish I had with my own grandparents who passed away before I could fully appreciate the knowledge and wisdom they acquired over their long and fascinating lives'.
