ME to WE ambassador Sofia Carson has teamed up with the charity to support its latest campaign, promoting the Unstoppable Rafiki bracelet.
All proceeds from the bracelet go towards 'giving young girls access to education in our WE Villages partner communities', and the Descendants star commented 'Education makes us truly unstoppable'.
