The Duchess of Sussex has joined forces with Smart Works, supporting the charity's mission to provide interview clothes as well as interview training for women in need.
Meghan is launching a new initiative in partnership with the charity this autumn, supported by four fashion brands, including John Lewis & Partners and Marks & Spencer, to 'empower women' as they look to join the working environment, and she commented 'The reason I was drawn to Smart Works is that it reframes the idea of charity as community. It's a network of women supporting and empowering other women in their professional pursuits'.
