Grace Wales Bonner has been crowned the winner of the 2019 BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund, following in the footsteps of previous winners Christopher Kane, Mary Katrantzou, and Sophia Webster.

Wales Bonner was presented with the prize, which includes a mentoring programme and a £200k grant, by British Vogue's Editor-in-Chief, Edward Enninful, and Caroline Rush, Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council, and Rush commented 'Wales Bonner is one of the most promising creatives in the world of fashion right now... The judging panel was impressed by her exceptional talent for storytelling and craftmanship and we look forward to seeing her grow'.
