British singer/songwriter Charli XCX has signed to Huxley, where Anna Meacham and Jemma Litchfield handle all European publicity and commercial enquiries.
The 1999 hitmaker is currently working on her third studio album, and supported Taylor Swift on her Reputation tour last year.
