15 04 2019

Lujza Richter, a Berlin based actress, is expected to set British television screens alight after being cast in the BBC adaptation of Dracula.

Starring opposite Claes Bang, Richter will also work alongside British talent including series creator Mark Gatiss, No Offence’s Joanna Scanlan and Blunt Talk’s Dolly Wells. Before hitting TV screens, the actress starred on the silver-screen with Daniel Day-Lewis in Phantom Thread, and in various theatre productions including The Cherry Orchard and All My Sons. A keen philanthropist, Richter also co-founded the charity IMAGINE in 2017, which aims to integrate refugees via ‘cultural, artistic and educative means’.
