Bronwyn James, an Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) alumni, caught the attention of TV executives after starring in 2017 British period drama series, Harlots.

Graduating from ALRA North in 2015, the British actress made her professional debut in Hangmen at Wyndham’s Theatre, where she starred opposite Reece Shearsmith and Simon Rouse. Following bit parts in The Queen and I and Call the Midwife, James went on to star alongside John Malkovich and Rupert Grint in the 2018 festive Poirot adaptation The ABC Murders, and will soon be on screens opposite Golden Globe nominated American actor Rob Lowe and Angela Griffin in ITV drama Wild Bill.
