Scottish TV presenter Jenni Falconer has been announced as an ambassador for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injuries, and will begin her duties by taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for the charity later this year.

Falconer, a longtime supporter of the charity, commented 'It is my great pleasure to become a charity ambassador for The Children’s Trust and I was delighted to be asked. I’ve been lucky enough to visit the centre in Tadworth and have seen the great care, expertise and attention shown to the children and young people undergoing rehabilitation'.
