Dr Dr Alex George, Hussain Manawer and Gemma Cairney are among the celebrities lending their support to Samaritans' Brew Monday campaign, encouraging people to get together with friends and family who may be lonely on 'Blue Monday', the third Monday in January which has been described as ‘the most difficult day of the year’.

The Love Island star commented 'Moments like Brew Monday can help make us more aware of the need to reach out to people who might be feeling lonely. Reaching out to someone over a cuppa, could possibly make all the difference'.
