Kate Grant, 20, a budding model from Northern Ireland, has never let her Down’s syndrome define her, or stop her from pursuing her dreams.

Grant became the first woman with the condition to win an international beauty pageant when she was crowned Teen Ultimate Beauty of the World in August 2018, going on to model for Debenhams, having previously featured in BBC One documentary, Role Model. Recently, the Irish model was tapped by Benefit Cosmetics for her ‘amazing energy’ and ‘incredible zest for life’, and appointed her as an official ambassador, promoting Benefit's new Roller Liner Eyeliner.
