The Duchess of Sussex has announced her first solo charitable project as a Royal, supporting and writing a foreword for a new charity recipe book, Together: Our Community Cookbook, created by the women who lost their homes in the Grenfell Tower fire last year, with all proceeds going to the Hubb Community Kitchen in west London.

Meghan commented 'The Hubb Community Kitchen is a place for women to laugh, grieve, cry and cook together. Melding cultural identities under a shared roof, it creates a space to feel a sense of normalcy - in its simplest form, the universal need to connect, nurture, and commune through food, through crisis or joy - something we can all relate to'.
