Beanie Feldstein, Jonah Hill's half-sister, is to take on her first leading role playing the fictional alter ego of Caitlin Moran in the film adaptation of the author and journalist's novel, How to Build a Girl.

The 25 year old American, who made her acting debut aged nine in the US sitcom My Wife and Kids, caught the eye of Moran following her stand out performance alongside Saoirse Ronan in Greta Gerwig's Oscar nominated comedy drama Lady Bird, with Moran commenting that as soon as she'd seen Feldstein in the film she knew she'd seen a 'superstar'. The actress, who also appeared in Bad Neighbors 2, starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen, shoots How to Build a Girl in London and the Midlands throughout summer 2018.
