British stylist and fashion editor Bay Garnett has signed to One Represents for representation.
Garnett has worked with likes of Kate Moss, Georgia May Jagger, Chloë Sevigny and Rachel Weiss, and was appointed Fashion Director-at-large for ES Magazine earlier this year.
