Campbell Addy, 24, is a British-Ghanaian photographer and Central Saint Martins graduate who decided to launch his own modelling and casting agency, Nii, when he became disenchanted with the fashion and art industry, and its lack of diversity.

With this move, Addy has been able to cast the models signed to his agency on his photoshoot projects for magazines including Italian Vogue and campaigns with Levi’s and Urban Outfitters. Alongside photography, the south London-born creative has also launched his own print publication, Niijournal, a magazine which explores the issues of empowerment and representation within race, and most recently featured singer/songwriter Kelsey Lu. The young artist has also worked with London soul artist Anaïs and hit American rapper Joey Bada$$, and looks forward to more exciting collaborations in the future.
