Dan Wootton has been appointed Executive Editor of The Sun, having previously served as Head of Showbiz.

Wootton, who won Showbiz Reporter of the Year at the 2018 Press Awards earlier this week, will also host a weekend show on talkRADIO, as well as launching a new Saturday entertainment column, and posted on Twitter 'So I have a new job!
