Polka Theatre unveils Amanda Holden as patron

14 03 2018

British actress and presenter Amanda Holden has been named patron of children's theatre company Polka Theatre, where she will help support the upcoming Future Polka capital development appeal.

The Britain's Got Talent judge joins fellow patrons Joanna Lumley, Sadiq Khan, and Sir Kenneth Branagh, and commented 'Now more than ever we should encourage our children to lift their heads from digital entertainment and get out into the world.... My girls and I love going to Polka Theatre. It's special place just for children, where they can use their imagination, be creative and most importantly gain confidence, which is why the capital development is so important to enable Polka to continue the great work that they do'.
