Strictly's Tess Daly and Miranda star Sally Phillips are supporting Vodafone's #FamilySquad initiative, encouraging parents to play video games with their children, as a bonding activity and to ensure their kids stay safe online.

In a workshop taught by YouTube star Alastair Aiken, Daly and Phillips were given top tips for family gaming at home, and Daly commented 'It's important to understand the dangers online, you want to keep an eye on how long they are online. You want to give them breaks, get them outside, kick a ball, walk the dogs - so it’s all about moderation and balance'.
