Crystal Palace FC manager Roy Hodgson has been announced as an honorary patron of anti-racism charity Show Racism the Red Card.

The former footballer commented 'I am proud to add my name to the patrons list of the anti-racism charity Show Racism the Red Card. Racism has no place in the 21st century and football must do all it can to help eradicate it not just from the game but from society as a whole'.
