Valter Skarsgård, son of Stellan Skarsgård and brother to Big Little Lies star Alexander Skarsgård, looks set to follow the success set by his family after making his American film debut in Lords of Chaos.

The indie horror had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2018, and the film - about a teenager's quest to launch Norwegian Black Metal in Oslo in the 1980s - sees the 22 year old starring alongside Sky Ferreira, Jack Kilmer and Rory Culkin. Though just a supporting role, the film promises to open doors to bigger projects in the US.
