Snapped up in a six-figure deal at auction by publisher Headline in 2016, British author Nick Clark Windo’s debut novel The Feed is set to be one of the hottest titles of 2018.

Released on January 25, it is set in a dystopian world where people are permanently plugged in to a social media feed, and follows a couple who try to control their addiction to the virtual world, but when ‘The Feed’ goes down, their six year old daughter goes missing. Clark Windo, who's based in London and has studied at Cambridge University and RADA, has already gathered praise from novelists including Helen Dunmore, who described the novel as 'riveting and interesting', and CJ Tudor, who called it 'a really clever and interesting book'.
