Heart Skips A Beat hitmaker Olly Murs has been announced as the new judge on ITV talent show The Voice UK, set to return to screens early next year.

Murs joins the judging panel alongside will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Jennifer Hudson, and commented 'I'm absolutely buzzing about being a coach on The Voice UK and can't wait to sit in the big red chair alongside will, Jennifer and Tom. I'm excited to mentor new artists and without doubt, I'm in it to WIN!'. Last year's finalist Jamie Miller has also been announced as the series' new backstage reporter.
