16 year old singer/songwriter and guitarist Josh Gleaves is no stranger to performing, having been busking since he was just 11 years old.

A BRIT school student, Gleaves was recently crowned Gigs Champion 2017, following a six month search by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to find the city’s best busker, beating dozens of street performers around the country vying for the prize, which included a coveted London Underground busking licence, after performing tracks from his debut EP, Stuck. He also won the Gigs Songwriting Prize, as part of the duo Roadstead with band mate Zac Carpenter, winning a songwriting masterclass and the chance to perform at a series of high-profile gigs, including next year’s Feast of St George in Trafalgar Square.
