British TV and radio presenter Olivia Cox stars in the Help for Heroes Facing it Together campaign, celebrating the bonds between beneficiaries and supporters.
In the campaign video, Cox tells former army officer Harry Jones that her boyfriend was killed in a bomb blast in Afghanistan, admitting she finds it hard to talk about her feelings, and how running has become her therapy. The pair agreed mental illness is one of the hardest things to deal with as it is 'invisible', but they've both found help was on hand once they reached out to ask for it.
