British actress Sheridan Smith has signed a record deal with East West Records, and releases her debut album later this year.
Smith has starred in several West End musicals including Legally Blonde and Funny Girl, as well as the 2014 television biopic Cilla, in which she sang Cilla Black's iconic record Anyone Who Had a Heart.
