Jungle hitmaker Professor Green has been announced as ambassador for Barts Charity's Transform Trauma campaign, which aims to fund research projects and initiatives to help those suffering from traumatic injuries.

Green, who's a trauma survivor, is working with the charity to raise awareness of the cause, as well as performing at a Transform Trauma benefit gig in London, and commented 'I’m a trauma survivor, but I had no idea about the scale of the problem... The effects of traumatic injury can be devastating. This appeal is about funding research to help doctors be able to treat people as effectively as possible within the first few minutes of injury and through their time in hospital to give them the best chance of recovery'.
