American singer/songwriter, dancer and former American Apparel model Kacy Hill began her excursion into the music industry when she joined the Vanessa Beecroft-curated dance troupe accompanying Kanye West on his solo Yeezus tour.

During the 2013/2014 tour, the rapper and music mogul heard Hill’s homemade debut single Experience and subsequently signed her to his G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam imprint, taking it upon himself to mentor the Arizona native and develop her vocals and songwriting ability. Over the past two years, Hill has gradually begun to make her name as a prominent up and comer, and in June 2017, with Kanye West as executive producer, the young singer released her debut album Like A Woman. Hill describes the LP, which is set to mark her breakthrough, as ‘an exploration of my own femininity and sexuality’.
