Kate Bones first started making waves in the art industry after graduating from Wimbledon College of Art, and credits her collection of 3D portraits commissioned for the In The Woods Festival as her first glimpse into becoming a full time artist.

A self-described photographer but largely a GIF maker, Bones quickly made a name for herself by creating vibrant and colourful works focusing on fashion, music and rave culture, and has accumulated an impressive roster of clients including Missguided, Baileys, Glastonbury, The Grammy Awards, Red Bull, American Apparel, Nike and Rimmel. In addition, Bones’s GIFs and photographs have been featured in publications including Crack Magazine and Hunger Magazine, displayed at the Tate Britain, XOYO, the Electric Ballroom, and enabled her to collaborate with London creatives including Novelist and influencer Erika Bowes. The artist is now working on a project with Creative England in association with Instagram and Facebook, as well as planning a GIF exhibition due to open in the autumn.
