Former EastEnders star Patsy Palmer has teamed up with Young Lives Vs Cancer to star in a new video for the charity's #NoFilter4Cancer campaign, which aims to 'reveal the hidden costs of cancer' for young people.

Palmer met with young cancer survivor Hannah Dunne to hear about her journey, and commented 'Meeting Hannah and hearing her story was so inspiring. I'm proud to be part of this campaign because it’s so important people know what living with cancer is really like for young people like Hannah. I think we can all learn from Hannah and her positivity and I hope other young people in a similar situation read about her story and see how you can thrive, not just survive following a cancer diagnosis'.
