Described by GQ as the ‘best restaurant you’ve never heard of’, chef Sam Buckley’s first eatery, Where The Light Gets In, has been open less than a year and is already a firm favourite with reviewers and food critics.

Shortlisted as one of the ‘Chefs To Watch’ in 2017 by the National Restaurant Awards, Buckley has worked with some of the best in the industry. He kickstarted his career working under Gary Rhodes and then later moved on to adding Paul Kitching, Simon Rogan and Tanja Grandits’s kitchens to his CV. With his food labelled as ‘exciting’ by The Guardian’s esteemed food critic Marina O’Loughlin, Buckley is definitely heading for success.
