Already making waves in her native France, pop singer Jain is now getting attention from a global audience with her unique musical sound, ranging from rock, funk, reggae and trip-hop.

Toulouse-born, the 24 year old has roots in Madagascar but moved to Dubai at the age of nine, before then going to the Congo because of her father's job, and then heading back to Paris. Influenced by this multicultural upbringing, Jain’s tunes blend Arabic percussion with French electro and West African rhythms. In November 2015, Jain released her debut album, Zanaka, which includes the songs Come and Makeba, about South African singer and civil rights icon Miriam Makeba. The tunes caught the attention of Jaden Smith, who broadcast Makeba live on his Beats1 radio show on Apple to more than 100 countries. She is now set to follow in the footsteps of fellow French musician Christine and the Queens, as she brings her poly-cultural music on the international stage, starting with her first North American tour in March 2017.
