British novelist Adam Hamdy has already released a successful novel, Out Of Reach, in 2015, but his second novel Pendulum, released in November, is the one that's sent shockwaves through the literary world.

The first in a trilogy, released by Headline, the book is already being developed for TV by NBCUniversal and has been described by author James Patterson as 'one of the best thrillers of the year'. Pendulum, which follows the life of everyman John Wallace after he's targeted for death by a serial killer, demonstrates that Shropshire based Hamdy is destined for great things.
