Marvel actors Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo have lent their support to the people of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation to tackle WATERisLIFE’s protest against the building of the Dakota Access Pipeline, which plans to carry a half-million barrels of oil daily from the Bakken oil fields in northwest North Dakota to Patoka, Illinois.

WATERisLIFE’s mission is to provide clean drinking water, sanitation and hygiene education to schools and villages in desperate need.
